本規約は、SHARAKU（以下、「当サービス」といいます）が提供するAIコンサルティングおよびコミュニティサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ご利用者の皆様（以下、「会員」といいます）には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。
会員は、本サービスの利用申し込みまたは決済を完了した時点で、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーのすべての内容に同意したものとみなします。
本サービスは、歴史上の偉人の思想や知恵を学習させたAIシステムによる相談・コンサルティング、および付随する会員限定コミュニティを提供するものです。AIによる回答は情報提供を目的としており、専門的な法的・医療的・財務的判断を代替するものではありません。
本サービスは有料サービスであるため、未成年者（18歳未満の方）が利用される場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえでお申し込みいただく必要があります。保護者の同意なく未成年者が利用した場合、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。
会員は、本サービス利用の対価として、当サービスが定める料金を、指定の決済代行サービスを通じて支払うものとします。
本サービスは月次サブスクリプション（毎月自動更新）形式です。お支払いは毎月自動的に更新・請求されます。なお、お支払いは米ドル（USD）建てで行われ、日本円でのご請求額はご利用のカード会社が適用する為替レートにより変動いたします。表示価格はすべて税抜価格であり、別途消費税等が加算されます。
会員はいつでも本サービスの解約を申し込むことができます。解約の申し込みは、次回更新日の前日までに行う必要があり、解約が完了した場合、次の更新期間以降の請求は発生しません。
ただし、解約申し込み時点の利用期間中（すでに決済済みの月）については、原則として日割り返金等の対応はいたしません。
システム障害等、当サービスの責に帰すべき事由によりサービスを利用できなかった場合は、個別に対応を検討いたします。返金等のご要望は、下記お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
会員は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
当サービスは、AIによる回答の正確性、完全性、特定の目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わず何ら保証するものではありません。
システムの保守、通信回線の障害、その他やむを得ない事情により、本サービスの一部または全部を一時的に停止することがあります。これにより生じた損害について、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。
本サービスは、占い、預言、宗教的教義の断定的な解釈を目的としたものではなく、対話を通じた自己内省・気づきの支援を目的とするものです。AIによる応答は入力内容に応じて自動生成されるものであり、本サービスの利用により生じたいかなる意思決定・行動の結果についても、当サービスは責任を負いません。重要な意思決定を行う際は、必ず専門家にご相談ください。
当サービスは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、当サービスの公式ウェブサイトにて通知した日から効力を生じるものとします。
変更後も会員が本サービスを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとします。本サービスに関して会員と当サービスとの間で生じた紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

当サービスは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）を遵守し、会員の個人情報を適切に管理・保護することに努めます。
当サービスは、会員の氏名、メールアドレス、決済情報等の個人情報を、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
収集した個人情報は、会員の退会後も法令上の保存義務が存在する期間、またはサービスの維持・管理上必要と判断する期間保存します。
当サービスは、以下の場合を除き、会員の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
会員は、当サービスが保有する自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求することができます。ご請求は下記お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
当サービスのウェブサイトでは、サービス改善を目的として、Cookie等のトラッキング技術を使用する場合があります。会員はブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができますが、一部サービスが正常に機能しない場合があります。

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI consulting and community service (hereinafter "the Service") provided by SHARAKU (hereinafter "we" or "the Service"). All users (hereinafter "Members") are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
By completing the application or payment for the Service, Members are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service provides consulting through an AI system trained on the thoughts and wisdom of historical figures, along with an associated members-only community. AI responses are intended for informational purposes only and do not substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
As the Service is a paid service, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering. We bear no responsibility for any issues arising from use by minors without such consent.
Members shall pay the fee designated by us through our designated payment processing service.
The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis with automatic renewal. Payments will be automatically charged and renewed each month. Payments are billed in US dollars (USD); the equivalent amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer. All prices displayed are exclusive of consumption tax, which will be added separately.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted by the day before the next renewal date; once confirmed, no further charges will occur from the following billing period onward.
However, refunds or pro-rated adjustments for the current billing period already paid are not accepted as a general rule.
If a Member is unable to use the Service due to reasons attributable to us, such as system failures, we will address the matter on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at the address below for any refund requests.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated responses.
We may temporarily suspend part or all of the Service due to maintenance, communication line failures, or other unavoidable circumstances. We accept no liability for any damages resulting from such suspensions.
This Service is not intended to provide fortune-telling, prophecy, or definitive interpretations of religious doctrine, but rather to support self-reflection and personal insight through dialogue. Responses generated by the AI are produced automatically based on user input, and we shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken as a result of using this Service. Please consult a qualified professional before making any important decisions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms shall take effect from the date of notification on our official website.
Continued use of the Service after any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between a Member and the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator as the court of first instance.

We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, and payment details solely for the following purposes:
Collected personal information will be retained for the period required by law after membership termination, or for the period we deem necessary for the maintenance and operation of the Service.
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the Member, except in the following cases:
Members may request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of their personal information held by us. Please contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our website may use cookies and other tracking technologies for the purpose of improving the Service. Members may disable cookies through their browser settings, although some features of the Service may not function properly as a result.
